First time visiting Philly, and this hotel was such a deal! In an amazing location in central city with beautiful views for such a great price. First time traveling since the pandemic started and I was super nervous but everything was so clean. I couldn’t leave my bags downstairs when I checked out but I was given a complimentary later check out time to make up for the inconvenience.
This was my second trip to Philly, so I wanted to stay central to downtown. Loews offered a very competitive price and we were happy with the accommodations. On arrival, we were dripping wet from the rain but were met warmly at check-in (we even laughed about it). Since traveling during covid, we felt the hotel exercised good hygiene practices. Housekeeping was not allowed in the room unless requested and there were sanitation stations on every floor. Overall, service were great, free wi-fi was free and reliable, and the rooms were quiet and comfortable. We used valet for 2 nights and they were most helpful. I can't speak to any hygiene practices there, but we wore masks and carried hand sanitizer. TIP: Visit the 33rd floor for nice city views! I would stay here again!
Wonderful Hotel and close to anything that you may need. The Mall is small but worth taking the trip and you need to make sure you get the chance to go to Reading Terminal. The beds are so comfortable.
From the time my wife and I arrived until checkout was nothing short of excellent. Even booking the room over the phone was easy and less expensive than the third party booking site I was using to find the room.
If you booo through a 3rd party and get a discount, Front desk will look and treat you differently at check in, especially a lady named Chary. Very rude. Other than that, hotel is good. Great location, but it doesn’t matter how much u pay for a room, you shouldn’t encounter rudeness at check in because you found a great rate!
