Overall great facility. Wonderful customer service. Located in a great part of town within easy distance walking, Uber etc. to facilities and local historic attractions. Food during business conference was appealing and delicious.

Room was very clean, bed very comfortable; though a bit soft. I loved the location and the access to public transport. I brought one concern tot he managers attention and he took care of us right away. It was also a rainy weekend and they provided complimentary umbrellas's as any hotel of this caliber should.

This hotel is right on the Franklin Parkway, and our room had a great view of Logan Circle's fountain and grounds. The downside of our room was outside music coming from the hotel's restaurant. We had to call two of five nights and the music was turned off. Why not just turn off the outside music at ten or ten-thirty...

We do HH points, and we visited The Logan. What a nice experience. The hotel is extremely comfortable. The rooms are well-done with a very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom was clean and modern. And if you can get it, ask for a Parkway View room on an upper floor. Parkway View because you get to see Logan Circle...

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Logan and Philadelphia while we were attending the graduation of our third grandchild from the University of Pennsylvania. For the other two graduations we stayed at another hotel. This hotel was conveniently located and was very welcoming ! We would definitely recommend to Logan and stay there again if we should happen to...

Rooftop lounge was perfect for meeting with friends. Restaurant was very nice. Rooms were quiet...and comfortable. Meeting venue was excellent. Breakfast eggs were very good. I would recommend for business of pleasure. Very close to franklin museum. Short ride to independence hall.

This hotel is at Logan Square, across the street from Cathedral Basilica of St. Peter and other point of interest. The hotel has a restaurant called Urban Farmer, but we didn't eat there, we opted for the restaurant next door TGI Friday. The hotel is clean, the bathroom is very large and spacious with on bathrobe. The bed were very...

Stayed one night for a college graduation. Although the booking had been prepaid, the hotel had no record and charged my credit card. Large quiet comfortable room overlooking the inner courtyard. Rack rate is nearly 3 times the actual charge on my card.

We stayed at the hotel during Mothers Day weekend. Room: The room was a good size to be in the city. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was AMAZING. The room didn't have enough outlets and ports for the age of technology. They had a free coffee/ tea machine and free bottle water in the room. Location was...

Hello, Thank you for your honest review. I'm glad that you had an overall enjoyable stay although it's very strange that your room was never serviced, is it possible that you had a Do Not Disturb sign? Regardless, I apologize that we did not meet the basic expectations for housekeeping and will research what happened. We look forward to seeing...

“If you're fortunate enough to get a room with a view of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, make sure to spend some time taking it all in both during the daylight hours and at night. If you don't get such a room, make sure to spend some time on the rooftop bar called 'Assembly' from which one can see the Franklin Institute, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Rodin Museum, the Barnes Museum, the Philadelphia Free Library, the new Mormon Temple, and the Basilica of Sts. Peter and Paul. Incredible views!”
