This hotel is super comfortable, impeccably clean and extremely accommodating. I’ve been staying her twice a month from summer of 2020 to February 2021 and the front desk/concierge staff is amazing. They remembered me immediately the second time around and I am now on a first name basis with them all. Hotel's Favourite
The building and room was extremely clean and the customer service from Joe was phenomenal. Great suggestions for food and drinks close to the property. Even though this was a pandemic stay we were thoroughly pleased and pleasantly surprised with the attentive staff and as long as Joe is there we will be back!

Joe and Mallory at the front desk were immediately friendly and warm in their presentation and greeting. They got me and my business partner set up with our room and gave us the menu for dining. We had a few questions about our stay, which they both answered thoroughly and professionally. We are very satisfied with all of the staff we have encountered, but they were especially friendly and helpful

The hotel is excellent for both business and pleasure. conveniently located downtown with great access to the interstate and 30th st train station. It was easy it was to walk to everything in downtown. Although, some may prefer a short Uber ride to all the most popular attractions in downtown Philly. The room was very comfortable with great internet access throughout the hotel making it easy for me to stay connected. The staff was excellent and able to offer great recommendations about the local area. I will defiantly stay at this hotel again when I am in Philly.
