Take Regional Rail directly from the terminals to Suburban Station. From there you can walk about about a 1/2 mile- there is an underground walkway that you could follow that would take you from the train right to the front of the hotel if it's cold or rainy. You can buy a $13 Independence Pass which will also be valid on all trains, subways, and buses for the rest of the day.
