Being Marriott Platinum, had a nice club floor room with a great view of Philadelphia. Right there at the Reading Terminal Market, so good eats were nearby and easy to get get to. Breakfast in the club lounge had a great selection. Had a great stay, was there for a wedding and most of the wedding party stayed there so...

The Philadelphia Downtown Marriot is centrally located but show its age. The decor is the older style and not the more modern style that has been working its way through the Marriott Hotel System. The rooms are modest in size. The dining facility if open from breakfast to dinner and the fare is reasonable. At breakfast however one member of...

Our room was large than the average Marriott room and had good windows. The internet was nearly useless. The walk to long and odd, the pool lining was bubbling off, the hot tub is now a planter. The area around he hotel is filthy and seems dangerous, mostly inhabited by vagrants and smokers. If you must stay overnight in Philly,...

We always stay at this Marriott when we are in this section of town. This year, as usual, we really enjoyed our time at this hotel while attending the 2017 PA Flower Show. It is clean and they have a very good restaurant with a big bar and another bar and place to eat and/or relax in comfy seats located...

I almost gave this place a 5 Star rating. Checked into the hotel on a 5 yr anniversary weekend with my wife. Had an issue that forced us to be shuffled around to 3 different rooms. Hotel staff acted promptly to correct the situation and made sure our remaining time was a pleasurable experience.

Thank you for taking the time to comment about your stay. We are happy to hear that we were able to provide you with a comfortable experience given your most unfortunate circumstance of having to move rooms three times. We appreciate your business and look forward to the opportunity to welcome you.

I've been staying at the Marriott when I go to the Philadelphia Flower Show for several years. In addition to being a very comfortable hotel, the location is perfect. Especially when it snows! You don't have to step outside AT ALL -- you can stay warm and dry the whole time. Plus, it is right on the transit line from...

The hotel itself is fine. Nice large Marriott, and it has what you'd expect. Great location. We stayed in the Headhouse Tower, and the high ceilings made the room feel so much larger than a typical room. Now for the bad. I would NEVER use valet parking at this hotel. There is a self park garage right across the street....

Great location, especially if you are attending anything at the Convention Center. You can access the Center from this hotel without having to go outside. Had a good sized, clean room with a nothern exposure on the 22nd floor. The view of city hall (near the elevator banks) from this high up is pretty cool, more so at night. As...

Stay here for business - good location -close to attractions, restaurants, and business locations. Rough start - the first room I was given was on too low a floor and so I asked for an upgrade to higher floor. After a bit of checking I was given a new room, but, this one was a bit dirty - hair in...

So, location is great, right in the centre of town and some of the staff were pleasant but sadly thats where the plus points end. My room smelled musty, there were mould spots on the bathroom ceiling. Toilet roll holder kept falling apart, chipped and worn furniture, wardrobe doors not fitting properly... average quality food at premium prices... soul-less &...

Thank you for taking the time to comment about your stay, our great location and friendliness of our staff. We are only too sorry to hear that our housekeeping services were not up to our usual high standards and that you found the accommodations to be unacceptable. We are constantly updating our hotel and our rooms’ product is currently not...
