We had a room on the bottom floor.....a bit of noise from upstairs room, but very quite after 10pm, so all good. Since there was a blizzard all day on Saturday, we spent time walking thru the Village, only 5 min walk from Innsbruck, and then brought cheese/crackers/wine to the lobby with a roaring fire.....very cozy and relaxing.

The Innsbruck Lodge reminded me of when I was a kid going skiing with my family. Somewhere between a residence inn and a motel, but a short walk from the town's gondola. It has the old alpine austrian kitsch feel, with a main room that is surrounded by rooms. There is a jacuzzi, enclosed. The room has a kitchenette, and...

We enjoyed our stay here. The lady was friendly and helpful. Our beds were comfy and the wifi was excellent. We were a 5 minute walk away from the Gondala and the village shopping. Our room had 2 bathrooms, 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Great place.

The stay almost started off fairly well until the crazy owner heike albrecht was yelling and screaming at a poor couple. I didn't wind up stating but the grounds were unkept and rooms looked murderish.

These guys are awful, ridiculously unaccommodating. Made a reservation here and had an emergency come up and tried to move it. They said no way, nothing at all. I asked if I could at least get a discount of I decided to come back another time, they said no way. I don't think a hotel has ever treated me this...

This review is about the booking process and the owner of Insbruck Lodge, not the property itself. Unfortunately my experience with this lodge was pretty horrendous. To start, I've ended up with a booking for incorrect dates due to some kind of glitch on booking.com website. I called booking.com to cancel right away. The following day I spoke with the...

My husband and I stayed 3 nights on our honeymoon road trip. I had mixed feelings about the room; the bed was too soft for my preference so I slept quite badly, and because we were on the bottom floor we had to suffer the elephant-like stomping of the toddler in the room above us (not the fault of the...

Stayed here for one night on our road trip. Check in was quick and owners are friendly and helpful. Our room had a balcony coffee facilities and a microwave and was very comfortable. The lodge is located just off the main road and only short walking distance (5 mins) from shops and restaurants, a short drive to Twin Lakes.

My friends and I (6 people) stayed just one night, between the previous visit at Yosemite and the Death Valley the day after. We took a jacuzzi massage that was just what we need after long walking on the trails. The guy (I think was the owner, non sure at all) who welcomed us was very friendly and available for...
