Hotel was just great, has free covered parking, front desk staff was friendly, Esmeralda, Jade & Lora took great care of us. Great place to unwind after day on slopes. Big rooms at a decent price. It's in a great location - lots of stores within walking distance and easy access to the trams. The room was super clean with...

Get there early for breakfast, by 8:30 most of it is gone, even the juice turns to a watery mixture by 9am ick. Gross moldy pool/sauna area. Not HD on the TV. Beds are weird soft chunky. We actually had to wrap a towel around the shower head so it didn't splash and spray all over the room!?!?! No hair...

Owned a large house for 10 years in Mammoth by Canyon Lodge & have been coming here for 35 years. This was our first trip staying in a hotel/motel in Mammoth! Everything else was booked or way too expensive that holiday week. Shiloh Inn was a good value, and was adequately clean. It has a nice heated indoor pool &...

Staff is nice. Great pool and steam room. Decent breakfast. Big rooms, good mattress, pillows and linens. Next to shuttle. Covered parking. What else you would wish. I stayed there many times and will again.

This makes me sad because I like the Shilo and have stayed here before Neither girl at the desk were terribly friendly upon check-in and especially on check out . I told them I've been up all night due to the snow trucks driving around directly behind the building (it wasn't even snowing!!) and they just shrugged and clearly didn't...

We picked the Shilo Inn because of its pet friendliness policy listed online. At first I was a little put off at the added cost of having a pet because it was not posted anywhere throughout the booking process. So after I paid and booked online (i.e.-can't cancel at this point) getting hit with extra fees at check in was...

Nice motel that I drove by many times in past trips to Mammoth behind the Shell station at Old Mammoth Road and Main St. Place has free covered parking, front desk staff was friendly, and it has 5 star spa resources for a budget hotel, a great hot tub, indoor swimming pool, plus a Sauna & Steam room. Great place...

A nice, large room, plenty of space. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and very nice. Hotel is close to bus stops and also a short walk to shops on the main road. Plenty of undercover parking.

The hotel employees especially at the front desk were very courteous and help. The room was satisfactory considering it gets high use with snow and mud from the streets. Pool, hot tub and sauna were great. I would stay there again.

I had booked this prior to a 8 day hike. On the plus side the staff were great and were happy to store kit until, I returned a week later. The rooms are huge, so I could lay out all my kit for a prehistoric check. it has good access for the town and buses. On the average side the the...
