First- the positive- It did have clean beds, functioning TV, fridge, and covered parking. The weird- Some rooms have electronic cards, some have a brass key- apparently when the electronic locks break, owner just replaces with a brass one. Owners were unable to provide extra blanket, and were heard arguing in their room behind the front desk on several occasions....

Travel lodge was in bad condition. Broken doors, cold rooms, terrible linens, no milk for cereal at breakfast, and spa was broken. Poor customer service when no one was around to fix our door key code.

Our room had several immediate problems: the window in the room was broken and supposedly "fixed" with a piece...

Hotel is in very good location with bus stop one block from hotel entrance. Wifi wasn't working. consider the low price, it is still a god deal.

Unfortunately I did not read the reviews online before booking! The room was a first floor unit, heavy smell of mold and mildew in the room. Half the carpet was wet from the window leak. Window class was broken and these was no lock on the window. Told the manager the room was uninhabitable due to the mold and wet...

On 1/5/17, the 4th day of our stay, at approx. 11am, the window came crashing into our room due to snow build up on it. I was there sick while my family was skiing. It took the manager 4 hours to give us a new (much smaller) room. I received NO HELP RESCUING OUR ITEMS FROM BENEATH THE SNOW AND...
