We booked this room on Priceline, just wanting something decent for one night. We checked in just after midnight July 1/2. Immediately it looked rough outside. We got in the room and we’re about knocked out by the smell. I turned on the A/C. We’ll, the knobs we’re broken. I worked with it some and hoped it’d eventually cool off. The room was just nasty. Fake wooden floors that you could see your feet prints left behind. Lumpy bed, holes in the wall. Very little TP with no extra roll. But we just wanted to sleep. After tossing and turning two hours in a hot room, I gave up and went to see about another room. As soon as I opened our door, it was cooler outside than in. I get to the office and I see the night manager sleeping in a couch in the lobby. Classy. I also see a no vacancy sign but I rang the bell anyways. I told him about the AC and the conditions and asked for a refund. He said no refunds. I said I’ll be calling Priceline then to report it and get a refund. He was hard to understand but he said something about sending maintenance to take a look. I said OK, what time? He said it’s 3am and they’re asleep. I said what’s the point then??? I’m too hot to sleep and I’m leaving in the morning! He wouldn’t listen and I realized nothing was going to change. I walked off and I saw him lay back down. We ended up packing our things at 3 or so in the morning and going across the street to a Days Inn for a little bit more and a lot nicer. We’ll be talking to Priceline about a refund for this dump they allow to be booked. Terrible place, avoid it. One of the worst I’ve been to.

We got there in late afternoon and it is in a very sketchy area. There are sketchy people hanging around outside. But, we had a non-refundable reservation and it was just a place to crash on a road trip, so went ahead an checked in. He sent us to Room 225. We went up there and the sheets were all over the bed in a messy dirty pile and there was garbage on the table, so obviously that room was not cleaned. We went back to front desk, and he called someone and blessed them out for the room not being cleaned. He then assigned us Rm 226. We went up there and the bed was made, but did not look the freshest as the pillow were kind of balled up on one side of the bed. The floors looked like they had not been vacuumed in awhile and there was garbage still in the garbage can. We went ahead and stayed since it seemed all their rooms were gross and we were tired from out trip. We slept on top of some blankets we had in the car. Took a shower in the morning and the tub had mold/mildew all around the edges. Got out of there and was glad to leave. Did not even look at their "breakfast" as it was likely unfit for consumption based on the rest of the motel.

Housekeeping enters room without knocking, and comes in while we are out. I've told them over and over not to service my room. They wait for me to leave to enter. I've started noticing items missing from my room.

We stayed here because it looked like a clean motel according to the website pics. Very deceiving..The area is bad. Right next to the highway. Shady people lingering around. Room smelled like a skunk which we thought was similar to the marijuana smell. Because of Covid, We always wipe everything down when we get in the room with antibacterial wipes. The wipes were black after wiping everything down so you know they don't clean good. Definitely not disinfected. The bathroom seemed clean but the face cloths looked like someone wiped their butt with them. Brown stains on them. Had a 2 bed room and the one bed looked like it had been slept in and sheets weren't changed. The other bed looked good, but the pillow case had black foot prints on it. We always bring our own pillows anyway. The mattress was fairly new and comfy. No bedbugs that we could see. Coffee pot was grungy and dirty. I would definitely not recommend this motel!

We had a couple of issues that the staff addressed right away. Overall stay was acceptable. We had people above us making excessive noise above us on two diffrent instances and they both were addressed.

The place was priced in the budget range, so that's why I booked there. Check-in was easy enough and they gave me a room on the first floor , which was nice. I got to my room and had no problem with the access. The TV was good and the shower was hot. When i tried to turn on the WIFI, I couldn't make a connection. I called the front desk and he reset the WIFI and it still didn't connect, I went up front and secured a connection there, went back to my room and logged-on and it was so slow I just gave up. Went to get breakfast and they had a Continental breakfast with waffles, bread and brownie muffins. Oh yeah, the bed was comfortable.

First off, we booked a non smoking room, but got stuck in an ashtray! We asked to switch rooms but they were booked. The room was disgusting, the bedding was completely stained, the bathroom was nasty so we avoided it all together. It looks like they screwed some boards on each side of the bathroom door to cover up a hole. The outlet covers were broken off, the chain on the door was broken. Random people knocked on our door at 1am. The pool is green and filled with trash, parking was limited, and we felt very unsafe. We would have left but we needed to stop after an 18 hour day of driving. Our pajamas smelled like smoke the next day so we couldn’t wear them. Overall it was a disgusting experience. Also, no breakfast!
