We loved it! The place is amazing and the service was great. We're already planning another visit for a birthday tea party. Highly recommend it. The house was built in 1880-1888 by a Canadian saloon-keeper who was ostracized as a Yankee and built a big house to show off. It

Very historic and romantic. My husband booked the stay for our anniversary, and it was a very lovely experience. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. The house truly captured the Victorian era. I can't wait to go back for high tea.

We stayed in the Murray suite and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The Empress was all decked out for Halloween which added a wild flavor. Deborah was our host and was totally delightful and helpful. Even if you don't stay here, you must come for a tour. It is a one of a kind place!

Thank you for your question. The guests comment is very misleading. She was the only guest. But our guests are NEVER alone on property. We live in adjacent buildings and our presence is constant on site. Again, thanks for your query and we hope to see you soon!!
