Had a good experience with this hotel. In Koreatown, we actually ended up here because the Ramada had an overbooking issue and they sent us to their sister hotel (La Quinta). Room was small as expected, but very clean, modern, and perfect for the city and one night we were there for. I seem to run into the same problem... More

Dear JeffDBoston, Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay with us and we apologize for the rude behavior of the bar patrons. We will certainly look into this to make things more secure. However, we can assure you that our hotel is very safe. In addition to staff on duty 24/7, we have security cameras... More

For someone, like me, who rarely travels to Manhattan it can be daunting to find a place to stay. This hotel is in Korea town just a block off Broadway. Places to eat are myriad and things to see are, well, amazing at the very least. The staff really makes this hotel. Everyone is helpful and friendly. In fact, one... More

Ended up booking this hotel for a last minute business trip to NY. It's right around the corner from my NY office, and I'd actually walked past it several times on previous trips. The price was right so I figured I'd give it a shot. This might be my go-to hotel for future NY stays. The price & location can't... More

Stayed for 5 nights and it was very good The room was clean with no strange smells The breakfast area was a little bit small, but if you get up early, there's no problem at all. And the breakfast was good enough. No problems with the elevators too I would return to the same hotel for sure

Week-long research trip in NYC... La Quinta is in a great location (Korea town, in the shadow of the Empire State Building). Breakfast was crowded, but good enough for a continental breakfast. Friendly staff, larger than expected room, good housekeeping service. Rooftop bar was super crowded, but we were able to get drinks and take them down to our room.... More

We stayed 3 nights and the room was clean and ready early, which was very nice. The elevators are a bit slow, but still a good value. The breakfast was included and that was convenient. There was a Starbucks around the corner. Our curtain rod did fall down but was promptly fixed! This was our second stay and won't be... More

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
