Hotel was ideally located. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant was terrific. Price is good for NYC. Only complaints had to do with coffee--in room I prefer small creamers to powder and in their complimentary center, the coffee was brutally strong for an American. May...More
Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a birthday trip to NYC. brilliant location - walking distance from just about everything, particularly Macy's! The rooftop terrace gives one of the best views of the Empire State Building in the whole city.

The easiest, most cost effective, and predictable is the Train from EWR to Penn Station. Then, it is an easy walk from Penn to the Hotel (about 10-15 minutes by foot). You can take a cab from too. Train will cost less than $5 per person and take about 20 minutes. Not sure of Cab but expect about $35 ish.
