Large room, good location, comfortable beds, everything worked well including Internet, TV, sink, toilet, shower, etc... Bathroom was small with a tub/shower rather than a walk-in and pretty tight. Staff interactions were good. Room charge was $389 + all the taxes came to $450, which...More

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the

Hello! I booked the room using Hotwire I really don't have anyone specific to contact. I suppose you can call the hotel direct to see if they can give you a good rate. Hotwire offers rooms based on availability. Each time it's different and you don't know what hotel you'll get until you pay. I requested a four star hotel and the Westin was offered. I've used that site many times and have always been satisfied.
