This is meant to be a four star hotel however lacked basics facilities. The room are tiny, no shower gel or toiletries, no kettle, tea bags. four nights cost me 1200 dollars. The hotel has no bar, however as bar next door which you cannot bring your drinks into the hotel.

The 1st room we were offered was filthy, the lock was broken and someone had been on the beds. The 2nd had drug needle and pot in the bin, the bath was broken,there were drinks left in the room and even the night manageress said it was disgraceful. We were told it served breakfast, it does not. The place stunk of drugs and even though we had been up for 24 hours, none of our group wanted to stay there. We ended up maxing a credit card out to stay somewhere else. Do not stay here.

The price of a four stars but not at all the standards of service in the bedroom required for a four stars. Carpet dirty, very old and tiny bathroom non convenient, no kettle, no bedsides...and the permanent sound of the air-conditioning units near the window.

Room was TOO small. Had to walk sideways to get from one side of room to the other or just cross over bed to get to other side. There was no place to set suitcase for easy access; had to keep it in a corner upright to not bump into it. There was no desk to accommodate laptop.

there were flies all over the room and stains all over the walls and floors - the lobby is stunning and the vibe change from the lobby to the rooms is absolutely shocking… will be recommending that my friends stay anywhere else in nyc

The location was perfect, the entrance beautiful, the staff very helpful and friendly. The carpets need replaced in halls and rooms, add a coffee pot and an outdoor sitting area for guests maybe add a rooftop area. No food or drinks on location for purchase and NO PARKING! That cost us $70 a DAY down the street!

At least we had a clean bed to sleep in. They could at least clean the carpets and elevators in the hotel. Could also do something about the noise control on the streets from local bars that you can gear in your room.

Although not the biggest room, it’s absolutely adorable with plenty of room around the king size bed. I loved the tub, it was so deep, I took 3 baths in my two day stay. Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Prefect location to the plays and Times Square. Aside from the expected city noise, hearing extremely loud music from stadium speakers at the Irish bar across the street was not enjoyable until 4AM when it stopped.

The location is great and the bed is comfortable, unfortunately, my room did not have proper privacy. Hearing every sound in my neighbor's room made me a little uncomfortable. Also, weird fact that I didn't understand: I could leave my bags for free in the storage before checking in, but I had to pay for my bags after checking out.
