Perfect location and great service. You can leave your bags before you check in and after you check out at no extra charge. The only thing that you should be careful is not using the ticket service. I paid extra 100$ fee for good seats and got a regular one at the back of the hall.

I have stayed nearly everywhere in Time Square and here is my opinion on the Millenium. If you are looking for a low price option in the heart of Time Square and you are willing to put up with a hotel in GREAT need of a facelift, tiny rooms, uncomfortable beds, no lobby (hallway basically), and minimal amentities then this...

I apologize for the inconveniences you experience with your room. The Premier Hotel is an extension of the Millennium Hotel. It is our sister property. The front desk are the Premier Concierge staff. I would like to further investigate your concerns. Can you please provide me at erodriguez-febles@mill-usa.com with the full name on your reservation, the dates of your stay...

We've just come back from spending 4 nights at the Millennium Broadway and I have to say it was a fabulous experience. The welcome from all staff was friendly and they couldn't do enough for us. Gloria on Concierge was amazing and helped me arrange some surprise birthday balloons to be sent to our room before we arrived. We exchange...

The Millennium Broadway stands tall with an impressive exterior. Definitely located in the heart of Times Square, as they advertise. However, is their service also from the heart…? Hotel Millennium, a chain of hotels in various locations in the world and, surprisingly, also with various standards… The vibe is like you are in a metro station, with all the fuss...

Please allow me to apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay with us. Our elevators are inspected regularly and unfortunately due to the number of floors we have in the hotel and the amount of guests arriving communicating in and out during certain times of the day it can tend to be a bit of a longer wait...

We (my son and I) arrived late on a Friday night, and were greeted by Terrance who was rude, patronizing, and extremely unfriendly. I truly had visions of jerking him over the counter! My son was shocked anyone could be so obnoxious to a guest. Everyone else was very nice and accomodating and went over and above to say the...

As it was our first visit to NY, my partner and I were very excited at arriving in this great city. This feeling quickly dissipated on our arrival at this hotel. Tired after a long flight we were told we couldn't check in for another 3 hours by a member of the reception team. The service was so unwelcoming and...

Recent work travel brought me to NYC for the night and I decided to see a show. Looking online at hotels, The Millenium hotel was right in the heart of the theater district and was the very reasonably priced. I arrived very early in the day (around 11:30 am) and Terrance at the front desk was extremelyhelpful and accomodating and...

Thank you for sharing your comments with us. I am please to here you had a pleasant experience with Terrance and that he was able to assist in accommodating you during your stay. The location is right in the heart of Times Square so they can basically charge whatever they want. The hotel is quite large and we stayed on the 51st floor with a small sliver of a view of Times Square. The hotel is not exactly clean and needs a good scrub down as there is dirt, dust, grime, and etc...

I stayed here in October for business. Normally I would stay at the Sheraton Towers having never had a bad experience there. However this time the rates at the Sheraton Towers were too expensive and so I was required to stay at the Millennium Broadway Hotel New York and I have to say I was not disappointed. The hotel itself...

This hotel was seconds away from Time Square. It is also walking distance from the Today Show, all the Broadway Shows, Good Morning America and much more. The rooms were average size and clean. We had no issues with staff like others commented on. We did not eat at the hotel but there are many Deli's and restaurants close by. Starbucks...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
