The location was perfect, but the rooms were not too impressive. They were very clean and kept up, though. The staff members were not exactly the most pleasant people. It was a little disappointing for a four star hotel.

Stayed here over the weekend with a friend. Our room 5018 was a corner room with king bed. The room size was decent - not huge but big enough for 2 people to be comfortable in it. The hotel is not new but it is kept in very good condition. The room was very clean and and the bed was...

If it wasn't for the amazing location of this hotel, I would have given it a much lower rating then 3 out of 5. It is a no frills and very average hotel, which would have been fine if we had opted for a 2 or 3 star hotel, but is not satisfactory for a 4 star hotel. When comparing...

Unwelcoming staff, dirty old bathrooms, not really what we expected for the price and category, gold luck asking for any kindergarten of help in the business center. They overbilled us with products of the minibar that we didnt even touch. Will never return to this place

The lobby is a precursor to what can be expected...dark, gloomy, and out of date. The front desk staff can be surmised as a collection of unwelcoming used car salesmen. If this place was advertised as a 3 star property I would not complain, however this is not in the 4 star category when you consider some of (every other)...

We are a family of 4.Two adults and 2 children. We chose this hotel for our seven day vacation in NY based on other reviews and location in Time's Square, but were very disappointed with the beds , pillows and toiletries. The beds and pillows were horrible, super hard. All of us woke up with pains all over the body....

I had a great experience in a hotel and I would like to share it with everybody. I had a very busy day last week and I needed a very comfortable environment where i could just relax for the night. I found it at the Millennium Hotel on Broadway. The room was perfect and the service was outstanding. I will...

I recently stayed at this hotel to attend a special awards event at Carnegie Hall and could not have been more impressed. It's location at 45th Street and Broadway is right in the center of the world's most famous location. Only 10 blocks from Carnegie Hall, Central Park and right in the middle of New York's theater and restaurant district....

Good location if you want to stay near all the actions. We had a corner room on a higher floor, and enjoyed the city views in 2 different directions. We have stayed in Times Square area multiple times, and will probably opt for a less crowded area next time.

Location is great for accessing bother lower and upper manhattan. greeters are very friendly and helpful, but behind-the-desk staff a bit stiff and near-robotic during interactions. Views on upper floors are fabulous; sleeping area and silence of rooms wonderful, but bathrooms leave a LOT to be desired in terms of cleanliness. Under and at back of glass sink tops were...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
