I traveled with a group of 24 students and teachers from Mexico, everything went well. Great location Clean and comfy rooms Amazing Staff, especially SYED and ORLANDO. I will come back with my next group.
Daniel was awesome at the front desk, the hotel itself was clean, the room was missing some lights and a fridge, but other than that I would give service 6 out of 5 stars, the hotel itself 4 out of 5.
We stopped here at the end of February. We were originally due to stop at The Row but got moved due to The Row closing for the time being. We were offered The Millenium at no extra cost. We were abit dubious and worried due to the negative reviews but I have to say, i was pleasantly surprised. Firstly the staff were amazing, they couldn't do enough for us. They held our bags as we arrived 2 hours early (Check in is at 4pm) and didn't leave for the airport until late. (5pm) They were all extremely friendly and courteous and the bellhops were great, they sorted us an SUV to get us to JFK instead of us trying to get a big enough uber or yellow cab. The hotel is in a prime location, although it can be noisy at night but we didn't notice it to be too bad as we were on the 44th floor. It has an entrance at either side so you can enter both streets. It has a Duane Reade next door for snacks/drinks etc. And an Irish Pub near both entrances. Highly recommend O'Connolly's! Our Safe wouldn't open and they came and fixed it within 10 minutes. We also had a fridge and we asked for a kettle which they provided us with straight away. The room, whilst it could have done with a spruce up, was not dirty by any means. The beds were clean, and comfy. The floor was clean and the bathroom was immaculate. Even though some of the grouting on the tiles were discoloured, it should by no means be enough to put you off. My cousin and her husband upgraded their room to one on the 47th floor before we arrived and they're room was fantastic with a great View of Times Square. I've been to New York 4 times, I've stopped at The Row, The Roosevelt and The Lexington and this hotel was just as good. Is it perfect? No. But no hotel is. I wouldn't hesitate to stop here again as it's an affordable option in the centre of Times Square. And let's be honest, how long do you actually stay in the hotel for? …
Rooms a little dirty needs to be updated. Friendly staff. Pictures are deceiving on booking.com. Wouldn’t mind staying again just needs minor changes. Location is great not too far from everything walking distance to a lot.
The staff at this hotel were extremely lovely and very accommodating. I was able to pre-check in for my room & able to store by luggage until I could officially check in. That’s about where it ends for this hotel. I couldn’t check in until after 4:00pm which is extremely late.I stayed in a room that left me wanting more. I walked into my room at the heater was on 28 degrees & my room was like a sauna. I had to crack some windows. The venue is 50m from Times Square which means it’s loud, bright and it’s noisy. The blockout blinds weren’t very block out, no earplugs to block out the noise either. I wanted to put a bottle of water in the fridge and realised the room had no mini fridge. Some small changes could make this location more appealing, like - complimentary earplugs - mini bar fridges - split systems in a normal setting.…
We were welcome by Erin who has been a Fantastic host. Always helpful and ready to support us with any question. What struck us the most was the kindness and the helpfulness of Erin. She helped us navigate through all the questions we had. We had a spacious room with a great view which Allowed us to enjoy our stay even more!
The 3/5 was given for the positive customer service as well as location. Overall the hotel is dirty, uncomfortable and without any typical amenities, i.e water in the room, comfortable beds, and coffee/tea. Do your research at this price point to find a different accommodation.
We stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful time. It was my birthday the 2nd day and we got chocolates in our room which was a lovely touch. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was large with an amazing view over Times Square. The bed was enormous and extremely comfortable. We slept so well. We stayed on the 31st floor and elevators were never an issue. The room was clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
Staff very friendly. Additional fee added to reservation due to being booked on a travel site that I was not aware of. Hotel in heart of time square. Very recommended for location. Hotel exactly like pictures. Not updated. Otherwise, it was an okay stay. Nothing extraordinary.
Worst hotel to stay in for the price. We are so disappointed by the service. The pictures are deceiving the rooms are so out dated and old. We stayed for 3 days and had the worst experience restrooms were not dated and room was not clean at all. We actually called in room service to change the dirty sheets. they told us they will provide us a better room but gave us the same room which is not vacuumed and room is NOT clean! Drop the price for this hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone! WORST EXPERIENCE EVERY!!!! The amount
