Spent a night here and got a great last minute rate through Hotwire (same day reservation). Great staff: Were welcomed by lovely and professional Sue Ellen. Loved our room (4305): spacious, very sunny (huge bay window with great views), quiet, with 2 great comfortable beds. Spacious bath as well. Very easy to park in the street. Many good restaurants nearby....

We decided to spend a weekend in New York and wanted to be close to Times Square. Location is great. Close to theaters and more restaurants than I could ever hope to visit. We drove our car into Manhattan (I wouldn't do that again) Several parking garages close to the hotel. I ended up in a garage on the same...

Recently stayed there for 5 nights. Location is great (1 block from Times Square), rooms are nice but there are no refrigerators. The window opened though which was a surprise and nice to get some fresh air. The bathroom was large, especially for Manhattan. The elevators are currently being renovated and we often had to wait over 5 minutes for...

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at this hotel-for us everything about it first rate. Firstly, the location can not be bettered and our room, on the 41st floor, had some amazing views of Times Square. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. We had a problem with our bathroom light switch but once reported it...

We were visiting NYC for a college open house and wanted to be near the school (lower Manhattan) so our daughter could get a sense of the neighborhood. This hotel was three blocks away, clean, great beds and we were able to get great Chinese takeout and bring it back to the room. Our windows looked right up the avenue...

My wife was working in NYC & her employer got her a room at the Millennium. My kids & I came up a few days later to meet her when she was finished & do some sightseeing. She was enjoying her stay @ the Millennium so I just booked another room so we wouldn't have to change hotels once her...

The hotel is in a great location, for tourists. The doormen and bell staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Front desk was fast and efficient. Overall the hotel works. Great location, friendly staff, nice firm mattresses, rooms in good shape. The downsides are those elevators. It was Easter weekend and at any given time only 2 worked. This happened more...

My number one priority of a hotel is a good night's sleep and the Millennium Broadway delivers. Walking in from West 44th Street (one of my favorite streets in Midtown Manhattan into the Millennium's cool and quietly elegant lobby is wonderful. The stylish modern rooms are spacious with great views of Times Square and the Empire State building. Great water...

The room was huge for Manhattan with a huge window with a great view (we were on the 38th floor), lots of storage space, a great shower and bath. I loved the feeling of faded grandeur in the public spaces, and the location is great for everywhere if you don't mind having to walk through Times Square to catch the...

The rooms are good sized for New York, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathtub had some mold growing which is why I can't leave 4 stars. If you are booking soon, be aware that the elevators are not working at full capacity. Expect long waits for a packed elevator drive.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
