The hotel is undergoing renovations, and there is no restaurant. Zip. Nada. They suggested I go out the backdoor and to the W Hotel to eat. There is a limited room service menu, which they tell you is food from a nearby restaurant, so it will take a while for the food to arrive. I didn't see a bar, either....

Excellent location. Very close to attractions. Beautiful building and friendly staff. However, the price seemed a bit too steep for the whole family. Guess that's what to be expected in central new york though.

The family stayed at this hotel as part of a long weekend break. The hotel is situated in a great position with ground zero about 50 metres away. Local transport links are very close and good value for money. The Hotel is lovely. The rooms were very comfortable and well appointed with large beds, settee, tables, en suite and flat...

My husband and I were taking a week long class at Pace University and stayed at this hotel because it was the closest Marriott location and we are Marriott Rewards Members. It was a wonderful choice, located right across from the WTC. The walk to and from class each day was very enjoyable (even in January, burr). The location of...

Excellent hotel!! Great location - for our Feb 1 "Global Diversity" event at the New York Stock Exchange. Our speakers and guests were able to use our "discount block rate" for the event - stay close to downtown and hold meetings during their stay. Hotel staff remembered names and company officials from the event last year - very impressive.

No restaurant on site at the time of our visit, no coffeeshop (Starbucks closed due to damage by hurricane Sandy), only breakfast at 21 $ at the hotel. Clean, nice, comfortable, quietly located away from crazy midtown. Only the beds were awful : 4 (us and 2 teens) in a room and we had 2 "normal size beds" but these...

What made this stay for me was the size of the room and the comfort of the beds. The beds were sooooo comfy!! I'm accustomed to traveling to NYC and staying in a cramped hotel room, just barely big enough to fit me and my bag. I was pleasantly surprised upon entering our Double Bed room and finding so much...

We were attending a conference held here. Our room was much larger than others we have had in NYC. A pleasant surprise. The room was immaculate and well furnished. The conference went smoothly. Overall, very impressed. Staff was outstanding.

I stayed here on a business trip but did some sightseeing as well. Staff were very helpful and informative. Rooms were clean and comfortable and we completely enjoyed our stay there. At this time there are limited late dining options in the hotel, but many eateries in the area. There is also a lot of WTC construction to navigate, but...

The hotel has a ways to go before it becomes a 5 star location, & Sandy seems to have taken out most of the expected amenities. But, these things can be overcome when customer service is 5 star. We celebrated our 40th anniversary while in NY. The hotel was aware thanks to family. We were upgraded to an upper level...
