First visit to New York and chose The Iroquois based on reviews! We arrived at 215AM and was greeted by both bellman and reception staff! All staff were very helpful and friendly at all hours!! Room was impeccably clean although small, but I understand that Is a NYC thing! Only thing that was a very small negative- there is very...

Clean, affordable, at a great location in the city, friendly staff, and enjoyable stay. I couldn't ask for a better experience, and I'm glad I made this place my choice. This place comes highly recommended on the websites it's listed.

Stayed at the Iroquois for 5 nights in July and really enjoyed it. Great location Midtown on W44th and 6th. We were very fortunate to be allocated room 1200 on arrival which just happened to have a terrific view of the Chrysler building! The room was lovely, we were very pleased. We had stayed at the Refinery (38th) the week...

An hotel that despite being located in the epi centre of NY, close to Theatres, Times Square and 5th Avenue offers a peaceful and calm sanctuary. The Iroquois is boutique in every sense of the word. The standard rooms, ( we stayed in 1104 at the front of the property) are compact but not small and contain every amenity of...

Hotel was reasonably priced for New York city. It was close to Times Square and we were able to walk to mostly everything or get to a subway stop. Room size was adequate. Service was very good. Added touch of coffee in the lobby in the morning, cold water in the afternoon and strawberries at the front desk was much...

After 8 nights in The Iroquois my familý and I were very happy. Location was excellent, close to everything, but still a quiet street. The room ( James Dean Suite) was very spacious, the masterbed very comfortable, the staff very friendly and extremely helpfull, let me emphasize Seth, and the concierges Bill and Vanessa. My first visit to NYC there's a reason why I chose the Iroquois (after looking it up of course on TripAdvisor). The location just near TimesSquare is fabulous (which has its price but it's worth it) When at first I got a room which was a little small and no view (250 sq ft) I have requested to upgrade to...

Hotel is in a great location. Close to Times Square (but not too close where you are always tangled in the crowds), Rockefeller center, 5th Ave shopping and grand central. Room was tiny but adequate..

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
