We booked directly through the hotel website and j like most hotels the total room rate did not include facility fees or various taxes and fees totaling almost 20%. For the price we paid, I was surprised by the low quality of the facility and the terrible bag breakfast. Avoid this hotel.
We couldn’t have asked for any better experience than if the Iroquois hotel. I researched many hotels and I’m so glad that I picked this one. Perfect Location, close enough to everything but far away enough from the mob scene of times Square. The rooms were spotless and a very nice size. Will definitely be my hotel of choice when in New York. And… A great price point as compared to the surrounding hotels on 44th St.
Excellent stay. Very good hotel and very good location. Spacious and comfortable room. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very attentive and helpful. I would definitely stay at The Iroquois Hotel again.
When booking in New York City, most of the reasonably priced Hotels have tiny rooms. The Iroquois had good sized rooms which were clean and nicely appointed. We are not big breakfast eaters but they did include a "to Go" breakfast which we had once and if was quite good. Very pleasant staff and since we came in on a red-eye flight the option to get an early check in for a small price was great. Good location, just far enough from Times Square to avoid the crowds but close enough to be convenient. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely consider staying here again
The hotel's location was a short walk from Grand Central Station and close to Times Sq. and the theatres. My room was small, but quiet and very comfortable. The front desk was always staffed and helpful.
