Although asked months ago, my request for a high floor suite not honored. Suite very underwhelming. Old furniture (not the antique look, but the quality), dark, tiny bathroom, small bath. Really disappointing!

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

We had a one night stay here while we attended a show. It was cold and rainy and we were dreading the check in process. The minute we pulled up to the curb, the valet attendant was there and our bags were all put into the hotel lobby while we checked in. So seamless. I must add here that we...

The hotel was beautiful and the all staff was very pleasant and helpful to first time visitors. The rooms are extremely comfortable and nice amenities. Great location! We would stay there again and plan to do so when we return someday.

My husband and I spent a night here celebrating a special birthday. It's a quaint boutique hotel that has just been renovated and the location is pefect for seeing a show. The staff was very warm, attentive and friendly and when they knew it was a birthday they sent wine and chocolate strawberries. We cannot recommend this hotel enough.

A very welcoming hotel and typical of the SLH culture. we had moved from another hotel, also a SLH which did not feel anything like The Iroquois New York . we hope to return one day and the Iroquois will be our fist choice of hotel.

My wife and I stayed at the Iroquois for an anniversary trip to NYC. The hotel was a very good choice on 44th Street. Reasonable rate for the city and very convenient for theatre and access to Times Square. Did not use dining services in the hotel but a number of good options nearby. Concierge service was excellent. Second time...

The hotel is well located near the attractions we wanted to see. The room was small, but very clean. The staff were very friendly, and helped with restaurant choices, getting taxis, and holding luggage after we had checked out.

We are long time visitors to NYC and have stayed in many hotels. This was our first visit to the Iroquois. It will be our first choice for future visits. We arrived in the midst of a dreadful car incident which happened just a few blocks away. Streets were cordoned off. It was extremely hot weather. We had to walk...

The location of this hotel is nice. The thermostat in my room didn't work. The bathtub had dark black hair and matching mold in it. The window shade did not raise. The first room had only 2 working electrical outlets that I could find, so I could have light or recharge my phone and computer. I will not return.

Dear E9600QYcharlotte Thank you for choosing the Iroquois on your most recent visit to New York. As mentioned in my separate email, it is disappointing to read your comments, as this does not reflect the true service we offer at our hotel. Our Housekeeping is typically impeccable, but it appears we missed an inspection on this occasion. For that, I...

Hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean and nice. The staff overall was pleasant ans wanted to assist in any way they could. The only issue I had was the mini fridge was completely empty. It would have been really nice if they at least had cold water in the room. When you come in late night and you...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
