...for sight seeing. We visited for five nights in October to see U2 at Madison Square Garden. The hotel suited our needs perfectly, a large, clean room with plenty of storage space. In other hotels there is barely enough room for a bed let alone...More

We just returned from a 3 night stay at The Salisbury. This was my first visit to the city so I did lots of research to locate a hotel that was in our price range and would offer the accomodations we required (5 adults.) Was...More
Prices were skyhigh ($300 plus) when I was looking for a hotel for September 23-25th, so finding something with such a great location for less than $275 was great. The room was large with a microwave, refrigerator, and iron and ironing board. This is not...More

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

Hi - I don't remember specifically; however, I do know it was a charge we did not feel was justified and therefore, we did not use our wifi at the hotel. It was in teh $20-$25 range and it was a PER DEVICE charge, not per room. We went to a Starbucks close by when we needed it. We have 4 children, 2 of whom are teenagers and they LOVE their wifi, however, they did not complain about this once, probably because we were out so much. If I were traveling for business and had work to do, this might be a concern for me. For us, it wasn't an issue. Hope that helps.
