Everyone at the Salisbury was delightful. The young lady at the check in desk was sweet and they were very accommodating. Beds were also comfortable so I was able to sleep well despite the temperature of my room.

I was worried about this hotel because it is old building. But it turns out great!

We were upgraded and allowed to check in early, which was fantastic because we were walking around New York with all of our stuff since we took the train. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were shocked with how huge our room was....More
Make sure you check your bank statements of purchases because if you buy here, and check in they take your card and might charge you again. I bought on here, prepurchased and saw on my statements, then when I checked in, my card was charged...More
I have spent 8 nights in this hotel and I can tell everyone it’s was a pleasant surprise. Very affordable comparing to others in NYC. Comfortable room, silent, spacious, very clean. Much more than I could expect. I certainly recommend.

United States > New York > New York City > Midtown / Manhattan
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

Hi - I don't remember specifically; however, I do know it was a charge we did not feel was justified and therefore, we did not use our wifi at the hotel. It was in teh $20-$25 range and it was a PER DEVICE charge, not per room. We went to a Starbucks close by when we needed it. We have 4 children, 2 of whom are teenagers and they LOVE their wifi, however, they did not complain about this once, probably because we were out so much. If I were traveling for business and had work to do, this might be a concern for me. For us, it wasn't an issue. Hope that helps.
