This being a chain hotel, you come to expect certain standard amenities and comforts. In that respect, this hotel didn't disappoint. What really made the difference was the service of all the staff. I mean, each and every member of the staff. From the time we checked in to our check-out, the staff made us feel at home, the same...

The room and bathroom were small but manageable. Very dark at the back of the building looking onto a fire escape and wall - lights on at all times. Noise echoed in the corridor, but no real plumbing noises. There were two elevators for the whole hotel - long waits. The wi- fi kept dropping out and the password changed...

Sorry for by bad English in advace... This hotel is simply great. We spent there 9 nights and enjoyed our trip to New York thanks to this hotel. Fligth (to and from NY) as well as the hotel was 1400 Euro/person, breakfest included (ok, pancakes or bacon and potatoes... and that's it. But hey, it's 4 free). The subway is...

the room was smaller than we are used to and I thought it was very expensive for the size. We could barely get around in the room but we were told that for Manhattan it is the norm. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a view of Freedom Tower #1. The bellman, Carlos, was excellent....

Worst hotel. Worst experience. Couldn't get into a Marriot so in an act of what can only be described as madness came here. 1700 for four nights.!!! In what at best could be described as a back packers hotel. It is NOT a Hotel. More a hostel. You walk in through what is basically a beer garden with clouds of...
