I have stayed her multiple times and not only is it a great location and the service is great. It's a great hotel for personal, family or business. The management staff has been super helpful and the concierge Chris has great recommendations!

I had stayed at the hotel many times for business several years ago and had a good experience, but we were disappointed with the service this weekend. I booked through Sam's club with a good rate but when I checked in I was told the room was very small and I should consider an upgrade for $40 per night. My... More

Stayed at (virtually) all price ranges and locations - among the very best experiences in 30 years of travel. Large enough to be fully staffed and offer range of services not common to hotels of this size, yet feels incredible intimate without being precious. I believe hotel dates from 20s (and is of course full updated) - I mention because... More

I stayed here for a trip to NY with some friends. The location is great being near Central Park. You can walk to many hot spots or a cheap taxi ride can take you even further. The lobby, halls, and rooftop bar are so nice. The rooms were clean and very nice. I recommend staying in an inner room instead... More

This hotel is a really nice hotel, especially perfect for Gossip Girl fans! Clean and quirky décor and a good nights sleep. Perfect location for exploring the city but getting out of the madness. Really reasonable rate in January. We did complain about a whirring noise in our room, which was just an extractor fan of some kind which you... More

I always try to see the best in everything, unfortunately for the first time; I couldn’t find that redeeming quality for the Empire Hotel. The location is amazing, but it doesn’t make it up for the lack of quality and everything else the hotel has shown us. When you enter The Empire Lobby you will be amazed by its magnificence,... we have just returned from a four night stay at the Empire, we were upgraded to a junior suite and after being out on a tour, returned to champagne on ice as we were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary, so a big thank you. I'm really happy with this hotel, with its location and especially with the customer. They have treated me in an excellent way and they also adapted to my language perfectly. Pasquale at the reception was super friendly and helped us a lot with our doubts. I really recomend. :) Regards. Santiago Francisco Cejudo Vecino.

The best feature of this hotel is the location: neighbors to the beautiful Lincoln center, 2 blocks from Central Park and Columbus Circle. Grand entrance to the hotel. But the rooms are rather small and outdated. Wall paper and paint peeling off the wall, one worn out bath rope for a double room. Gym closed down. Free internet connection not... More
