From the moment you're greeted when stepping in, to enjoying the pool on the 25th floor, it's a great experience. The food and drinks in the Lobby are a bit pricey, even by NYC standards, but you're also in NYC and that shouldn't be an issue. I couldn't emphasize enough that the fellas who work the front door set the proper tone for the whole experience.
I’ve stayed at this hotel many times previously, but since COVID this property has gone downhill BIG time. Room was the worst I’ve ever had, staff were rude and dismissive (so bad in the restaurant that it was like a scene from “Fawlty Towers”! And only one working treadmill in the gym. I don’t usually do reviews but my experience was so bad there I feel I want to warn others - With such a choice of great hotels in NYC I won’t be going back there!
Quite simply... it does NOT get better than this - beautiful hotel with incredibly professional, accommodating and friendly staff. Rooms, public spaces both top notch. Every stay at this wonderful hotel has been nothing less than perfect
Another corporate hotel...very expensive at $1000 a night. But that is NY! Most of the staff try hard location is excellent. Gym is really good. Very strange that there is no dining room. 2 elevators means it takes time to get to the room
This Place is a 5 star facility with 3-4 star service. Only good thing is location is excellent, otherwise don't expect too much. I was standing 10 mins at the entrance, you literally have to hunt someone and you need pick up your luggage by yourself.
