After checking our luggage in early, and receiving our claim ticket, we were assured it would be safe, as long as we had oiur ticket! When we actually checked in, they gave us our luggage, minus one. When we pointed this out, they said it would bring it up to the room. After an hour, we again inquired about the missing...

I booked a room at Hotel 373 because it's web site makes it look like a beautiful boutique hotel at a reasonable rate. When I arrived this turned out to not be the case. First the photos rooms advertised on their web site are deceptive. They are so small that the bed touches each wall on either end of the...

Dear Reviewer, I would like to thank you for communicating your disappointment with our property. It's rare that we receive a review like yours and I take your comments very seriously. The guest rooms at the Hotel 373 are considered to be small by many of our reviewers, but our location, our service and our cleanliness are usually highly regarded....

Passing through NYC on a business trip, I stayed at the 373 5th Ave for one night. Arrived late and left early. Everything was prepared when we arrived, so we got a very smooth check in and directions to a few bars in the neighbourhood. I got a good nights sleep, in a small but nice room on one of...

Great location! Rooms small but clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Good free high speed internet in the rooms. Excellent value for money. I will return to this hotel on a next trip to NY. The only drawback: the curtains do not conceal the slightest light: when it dawns, it is broad day in the room! Bring a mask!

Myself and my partner spent 5 day in New York, and what a place! The hotel location is 1st class. Yes the rooms are small, but they are very clean and beds are comfortable. We were on the 8th floor and did not hear any noise, we slept like logs each night. The reception staff are very helpful and will...

My husband and I stayed at Hotel 373 for 5 nights. The rooms are extremely tiny but clean. When I say tiny, I mean miniscule when you have 2 people in the room. The bed was comfortable. There are no closets so you can keep your clothes in your suitcase or the 2 drawers they provide you with. There is...

We stayed for 4 nights in January. Got a great deal with bookings.com. Yes, the rooms are small, but they are clean and comfortable. Afterall, if you come to New York, you don't come to lounge around in the hotel room! Our room was facing 5th Avenue and noise at night was no problem at all. The location is fantastic...

This hotel was great, the location was perfect and very central. We had one of the smaller rooms at first then we upgraded to a queen room and it was better. The small rooms are ok if you are a solo traveller or have little luggage. The hotel is modern and very clean and there was a starbucks adjoining the...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
