Jeff and Vinessa pay attention to small details to make this B & B feel like a home away from home. We stayed in the Waverly Room which was perfect for the 3 of us. Such a quiet wonderful place to come home to after...More

I can only thoroughly agree with all the great reviews of the Ivy Terrace. I had the good fortune of staying there for work and was blown away by the place. It was all the comforts of home, dropped down into midtown manhattan. Warm, inviting,...More
I stayed for several nights in September, and was apprehensive -- hadn't ever stayed at a B&B in NYC, despite having stayed at hotels in NYC off and on for the past 30 years (including extended stays as a part-time resident). I didn't want a...More

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

Your enquirer must contact Ivy Terrace direct. The web site is very helpful and will quotes the availability and the rates. The quiet rooms are at the back of the property and look over the backs of the surrounding buildings. We stayed in the Rose room which is at the back and has a pleasant outside terrace accessed through the window!
Our rate in October was $395 a night plus tax. The more i think back to our time there the more i appreciated the Ivy Terrace.
hope this is useful.
