Honestly can’t remember having a more pleasurable hotel experience. I brought my wife and four boys here to celebrate my sons barmitzvah in NYC. The location is perfect for seeing everything (empire view room awesome) the hotel, boutique and stylish! Staff amazing and so helpful!...More
This is my second stay and both times were equally good. Staff could not have been nicer. They always greeted us coming and going. The rooms are small but well equipped, updated and spotless. The bathrooms are a really nice size. All of the staff...More

This is probably my favorite hotel in NYC. The rooms are clean, not spacious, but large enough. The service is excellent. If you are willing to pay a premium price for a NYC hotel this is the place to go.

Nice hotel in a good location for everything in Manhatten. Very friendly staff with nice rooms and comfy beds. Everything was clean and nothing seamed to be to much trouble. Skyline bar had great views at night over the Empire State Building.More

This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the
affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

I did not pay a deposit but did find the room rates varied for friday sat sunday. This was a bit of a surprise when checking out. I booked hotel through a hotel web site. I was given a total price including taxes etc. But when the bill was broken down it was then I realised the room rate varied. It was a lovely hotel and very clean modern and comfortable. The room prices reflect what you get. It was a treat for my 50th. Had o been staying for just an ordinary trip i wouldn't have stayed as it was on the expensive side. Like i said though you get what you pay for.have a good trip
