The hotel was clean and pleasant, in a good location for exploring the Chelsea neighborhood, and other Manhattan sights in the mid-twenties. The immediate block is quiet. The hotel has modern, somewhat spare style. We got a good price, so we didn't expect more.

We stayed on the 20th floor. It was clean with a lovely view. And it was super quiet. The street noise was barely audible. The Dog House restaurant in the lobby had exceptional food. We had a very nice stay.

Room was small, no frills, but no complaints. Got this hotel using points, and didn't spend too much time in it. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to early check-in. Close to major attractions.

This is a tired-looking hotel. I won't say run down but, it's not far from it and it feels dirty. Everything needs updating. Bare minimum overall. Will not recommend, you can get a lot nicer stay at a newly renovated hotel for the same price elsewhere.

The hotel location is excellent, as we came in on a train from Penn Station and took a bus back from Port Authority. Both are easy walks (esp. Penn Station) if you're up for it. We arrived early for our check-in and the room was not yet ready, so they stored our luggage. When we arrived around 11:30 we tried...

The hotel is great: clean, free wifi, comfortable beds, excellent location. But I want to remark the excellent front desk service, specially Katherine. When I was leaving to the airport I had a problem with my Lift, and she help a lot to get a taxi. She was very kind and helpful and I really appreciate it. Please, give her...

Typical NYC hotel: dark, dirty, dates. My room was very dark: some light by the entrance, no source of strong light in the room itself: tiny reading lights by the bed and a table lamp. The hanging rail in the wardrobe is so low that dresses cannot be hang - the are lying on the bottom of the wardrobe. Ok...

I stayed here twice and it is centrally located. Rooms are clean and nice, staff is nice, nothing super fancy, but very convenient with Whole Foods and other supermarkets very near, as well as cafes, restaurants and EATALY right around the corner. It is about 10 minutes walking distance to Times Square, which offers even more options for food, shopping, etc.

I received excellent service on check in from Anthony (I think that was his name) who went above and beyond in helping me. Small hotel in a good position. Rooms fairly small but comfortable and clean. We had an excellent price through booking.com. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Other reviews mention problem with lifts but we...

In full disclosure, this is a typical NYC hotel, smaller, older and designed to maximize every square inch. This review is because they actually had ready for me, upon arrival, my requests. I'm a very frequent business traveler and like most, look to be as fiscally responsible while getting the best property and experience possible. For us road warriors, hotels...
