Great location on a quieter section of Broadway - 10 min walk to maceys, and Empire State (which we had a fantastic view of from our window) We were well looked after by staff and room was very relaxing with good amenities wifi and roll top bath! The hotel bar is also great with delicious cocktails. Only downside for us...

We loved this hotel - actually it was our favourite of 4 different locations that we stayed in the city - we arrived very early and were shown to our room , our flight was very late and we got a late check out. The room was stunning deepest chocolate brown paint , and big , wonderful bathroom. The fun...

My brother lives in lower Manhattan and always books us a room at the Nomad. I have stayed at the Nomad 4 times, each time with at least on of my kids. I have never had a problem with any of the services. 2 of the 4 times we have made a change with room type just because of personal...

Great place. Good service and the rooms were clean and pleasant. The bar was perhaps a bit too hip among New yorkers themselves, why seldom accessible to the hotel guests. Perhaps we were just unlucky? We instead found other terrific places.

When we arrived three hours before check in, our room was ready. The receptionist was very friendly (shocking for a higher priced NYC hotel!). The bellman were very efficient and anticipated our every need - also very friendly.

This is in an old building renovated into a hotel with original hardwood floors and big Windows and well appointed rooms. There are some oddities like our bathroom was really two separate rooms; a shower and sink in one and a toilet and tiny sink in the other. Courteous staff and excellent restaurant.

Spent 3 nights here on a business trip. I really liked the vintage, slightly rustic decor in the rooms. The neighborhood is quiet yet within striking distance of the key spots. The ambience is hip with a happening bar scene. Only thing I wasn't happy about was the $15 usd per incoming package rate that the front desk quoted me....highway...

Normally I would not bother to write a negative review but I feel taken up for a ride and am not happy about this. This is possibly the most overpriced and overhyped hotel in NYC. While some argue that it's location is fabulous, it's tucked away in a depressing part of Broadway at a strip full of suitcase vendors and jewellery...

Get a sense of the real NYC. A convenient location but not trendy like Tribeca or Soho. The rooms are unconventional... It's relaxing to watch TV from the tub in the room. The Breakfast was great > make sure to make a reservation. The neighborhood is not for up-scale designer shopping... but minutes by taxi to nearly everywhere.

Everyone from the doorman to the housekeepers are genuinely friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable, I slept great. You can not beat the location and the food in the bar, excellent. I loved the bath, the room didn't feel like another generic hotel. It's my new NYC favorite !

The NoMad Hotel is housed in a turn of the century Beaux-Arts building that has been fully restored to its original grandeur with interiors by French designer Jacques Garcia. The hotel is intended as a fresh take on the classic grand hotels of Europe with a distinct New York sensibility. The design of the hotel was inspired by the Parisian flat of Garcia’s youth. The 168 rooms are residential in feel and decorated in his classic, timeless style. Each room is appointed with hand-selected, richly textured custom-designed furnishings and original artwork.
