What an elegant and friendly hotel to stay in! Everyone was very helpful from the valet to the front desk. The room was extremely comfortable, quiet and plush on the third floor. We went to the Dan White magic show in the hotel and it was very entertaining. The library bar is a wonderfully relaxing and beautiful bar and much...

I travel to NYC several times a year for work and this is now my preferred hotel. Friendly and warm check in, beautiful rooms that are hip and don't feel like a typically hotel room, great sheets, great towels, great shower. Delicious breakfast. I didn't like their coffee but that's my only gripe. Love this place.

I was impressed with the European New York sophisticated decor, and the very friendly staff. The phone service in hotel was not so friendly but the bellmen, servers and desk reception very helpful and hospitable. My room was a little nuts, The Atelier on the second floor with the claw foot tub was literally in the window on the street...

My wife and I stayed at the Nomad in NYC on a Saturday night for my birthday. When we checked-in, we were delighted to learn that we had been upgraded - without asking - to a larger room. I happened to mention that it was my birthday and that the upgrade was appreciated. Once in the room, a staff member...

Our recent stay at the Nomad Hotel was excellent in all respects...Our room was elegantly appointed, quiet and with lots of light. The room service was professional and considerate. The restaurant in the hotel is plush and beautiful, and the food is quite good, especially the Chicken...which the term "to die for" was no doubt created to describe!

Coolest of the cool. This hotel makes me feel as if i have gone back in time. Beautifully appointed, fantastic service, awesome food. Worth it, worth it, worth it! This is our second trip to the Nomad and each time I have been amazed with the restuarant and bar. The specialty drinks are well made and tasty. The menu is...

A bit disappointed this trip with the customer service 2 nights after working all day came back to an unmade room and had to call for service. This was at 5:30 which when discussing this with the front desk I was told that this was standard Not sure...

A truly wonderful experience! An amazing place--Library room, Bar area, restaurant- all decorated to perfection & ambience is welcoming and warm; not stuffy at all. Staff is attentive without being oppressive. Service was wonderful. Menu & food were fabulous. Wines & cocktails were extensive. Can't wait to return!

It's a great hotel for those who don't need a the modern all glass skyscraper. The area is trendy as is the bar downstairs, this was really a nice change of pace and you feel the history unlike some other hotels near midtown

Delightful boutique hotel with European decor. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with fast response time. The dim lighting throughout promoted a relaxed and calming atmosphere. My room was quaint and eclectically adorned yet very comfortable. Likely the most comfortable bed and pillows I have experienced in a hotel. I was disappointed my room did not have a claw...

The NoMad Hotel is housed in a turn of the century Beaux-Arts building that has been fully restored to its original grandeur with interiors by French designer Jacques Garcia. The hotel is intended as a fresh take on the classic grand hotels of Europe with a distinct New York sensibility. The design of the hotel was inspired by the Parisian flat of Garcia’s youth. The 168 rooms are residential in feel and decorated in his classic, timeless style. Each room is appointed with hand-selected, richly textured custom-designed furnishings and original artwork.
