Great location for convention exhibitors and attendees. I walked to and from the Javits Center. A bit of a walk but not too far. Also well located for food and other shops. My room was at front of hotel, close to street and was a bit noisy but hotel supplied ear plugs helped

It's even my dream to visit this city since I was a child, I travelled with my father and we stayed here. There was nothing too much for the staff to do for us, they were so respectful and helpful. I wasn't sure what i would think about the included breakfast so incase pleasantly surprised to see such a range cereals, bagels and cream cheese, hot food, fruit and plenty of fruit juices and coffee. My highlight though was opening my blinds in the room and looking up right at the empire state building and its twinkly lights. I used the terrace on the 27th floor multiple times to have a drink and eat surrounded by this amazing city. Highly recommended Thank you so much I will be back

The room rate includes breakfast which is a nice way to start the day. One block to Fifth Avenue, at 36th Street, near Empire State Building Many restaurants nearby, and 34tyh Street shopping including Macys. Good staff, clean comfortable rooms.

Would stay again. Great location. Enjoyed my stay. Noisy at lower levels. Well maintained. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Felt safe in facility. Transportation is everywhere. Great rooftop included in hotel stay.

Do not chose this hotel. I booked 2 rooms through a third party. I travelled to New York with my two teenage children. The hotel only had 1 room reserved for us. I had emails and app confirmation of the 2 rooms but I was made to feel cheap and like I was lying. The check in clerk / Davis / was disrespectful and unhelpful. He offered no solutions and repeatedly said my problem was with the third party (despite my emails saying all queries and issues were to be taken direct with the hotel). I felt pressured into secure I g a $500 ish room without any confidence there would be a second room available or for the rest of our stays we used the room for 20 minutes until I could secure alternative accommodation elsewhere. When I checked out the only comment I received was, “the room is non refundable/ I told you that”. Class. Pure class!!! Horrible. Insulting and offensive. …

Unfortunately, rooms are booked by nightly rate and is a guest decision for how long they would like to stay after the room was used and paid. Standard check in time is at 3:00pm and check out time is at 12:00pm. We understand the third-party agency you booked with, made an error on your reservations, However as per you requested and agreement, we added the additional room at our selling rate.
