My mum and I just spent a week at the Premier. I can't say how much we loved our stay. The rooms were immaculate and spacious, the continental breakfast was perfect, the location of the hotel was the best. The staff were all gracious and friendly and went out of their way to help with directions for us when we...

We spent three nights at the Premier before our New England/Canada cruise. We traveled with two other couples and the concierge managed to get us all one the same floor, three. Our rooms were all very nice and the bathrooms were outstanding. The location was perfect for our stay and the breakfast was plentiful enough for us, but the best...

Great room, great service. Loved our stay. Friendly, helpful staff and the location could not be better. A block to times square but none of the noise. Breakfast and afternoon social was a treat. Will come back if the price remains reasonable.

You can hardly be better located. I t takes you 20 seconds to get to time sqare. Everything of interest in New York can be reached from here easily. The hotel nicely arranged, for New York standards big rooms, breakfast included and snacks and drinks starting at 5 pm. Prices are absolutely competitive. The staff is friendly and supportive. I cannot fault this hotel. Right next to Times Square and the staff are very friendly. Part of the millennium hotel group if you wish to upgrade your breakfast to a cooked breakfast it is $10 and you go through to the millennium hotel. Not always worth it as you have coffee and pastries for breakfast which lets face it...

Had to search for someone to check us in. Lady at the front was upset that replacement had not arrived, she said "I've had a bad day and want to go home". She walked away. Once we finally got checked in (not by her), we found there was no AC. Room was very warm. We where told that it was"...

We stayed here for 2 nights. The location is great. We arrived into the Port Authority building on the metro from JFK and walked here with our cases, it was no distance. We were given a room on the 18th floor which was lovely, very spacious, clean and had all the facilities you could need. Breakfast was small but everything...

The hotel is quaint and has quite a view of the city. rooms clean. Comfortable. people at the desk are very service oriented and helpful. I had a very big problem with my 3rd party booking with hotwire, and the asst manager worked miracles for me and now I am happy with my stay.

Obviously, so close to Time Square the location is great. However, the hotel itself needs renovation and is not so much up-to-date. The rooms are OK in terms of space though, however having a curtain in the shower is something from 20 years ago and not so much appropriate for 2016. The breakfast is very limited, and not a very...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
