Just visited this hotel on 30 Sept 16, and what a great find. Only about 6 rooms on each floor, and we didn't hear any noise. Lovely hotel and all staff were always pleasant and willing to help with anything. We had a queen room, bed great and so comfy, room even had a sofa. Bathroom had separate shower and...

I'm struggling to see why this hotel has a rating 4 and 1/2 stars. Besides the size of the hotel room, the hotel itself is basic. CONS: Hotel Room: No minibar, not even a fridge. Shouldn't this be in a "luxury" hotel? Only 1 bottle of water provided. Threadbare/cheap small towels: My husband took a shower after we checked in...

The Premier Hotel is a bit hard to find due to minimal signage at the street. The various desk clerks I encountered were very pleasant and helpful about the hotel and the area. My room was quite large by NYC standards. One of the desk clerks said the building used to be an office building, which may also have accounted...

The proximity to Times Square and the view from our room was beyond compare! The staff was pleasant and helpful and met all of our needs. The room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The Premier was an average stay. Great location off Times Square. Consider that when planning to request transportation, because it's often congested. I suggest walking. The staff was friendly. The room was very similar to those in Europe, size wise. Expect a small shower as well. We didn't try the continental breakfast offered.

Stayed here for one night but should have stayed here for all three nights while in nyc. Overall nice hotel. Rooms are a little dated but still clean and cozy. The breakfast is slim, just warm beverages and pastries, cereals and bagels. I would have preferred a hot full breakfast. However they make it up with their happy hour from...

First, the hotel is clearly understaffed. The front desk is unstaffed at night. (See photo of empty reception desk.) Ringing the bell got no one. A sign said to go to the front desk at the hotel next door. Why in the world would one stay at this hotel if it is necessary to use the front desk of the...

The Premier hotel is in an excellent location, right by Times Sq. and a short walk to the subway. The room was light and airy, although stain on the carpet wasn't good. In the shower the walls were dirty, you could see the water had run down in between the dirt. We were there 5 days and it wasn't cleaned...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
