I stayed here many times under prior ownership (The Out) with no issues. The location is in midtown, far enough from Times Square to get some peace from the Times Square crowds. The rooms are great for short stays, but there's not much storage so...More

Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the

affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.

We stayed there in October and it was a building site, nothing was open it was dirty, dusty and in my view not habitable, there isn't a club anymore, but it is still noisy, the rooms on first view look Nice, but on closer inspection they have been put together on a budget and the finish is tatty, our fridge was broke and it was still broke when we left 4 days later, in my view there are better hotels in the area which may be a little more expensive but they have full facilities hope this helps.....
