Hotel's Favourite
Our room was on the 21st floor. It was clean and comfortable. We arrived at night, and the gentleman who greeted guests at the street level was so very nice and welcoming. His kindness was a great start to our NYC visit. The front desk workers were all nice. You do have to take 2 elevators to reach your room. One elevator goes from the street to the lobby, then you take one from the lobby to your room. It wasn’t really a bother. Our room had a great view of the city. This is a fun hotel that young people would love, but my whole family enjoyed it also. It felt safe. I would definitely stay here again. The Icon parking garage that most guests use is located just a few steps down the sidewalk. Book with the hotel instead of a third-party website so you can get a parking discount because our parking bill was $144 for about 2 days. I wish I would have known that sooner!…

Stayed at the M Social for 3 nights. Picked hotel based on location and reviews. Walked to our play, and to excellent restaurants in the area. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff on all occasions. Any issue was immediately seen to. One issue was very first world -- wine in the bar was expensive. :)

M social was nothing short of amazing! Welcomed me with a bottle of champagne for my 25th birthday and upgraded my room!! Yvens took care of us when we dined at the restaurant and his energy made my night!! Nothing but hospitable the whole weekend Will be back!
