At the end of a two-month trip around the world, NYC & Jazz on the Park was my final stop. I took full advantage of the whole building from the basement to the roof top. All I can say is that the staff are beautiful and friendly (Namely; Robyn & Jennifer), and is ideal for first time NYC visitors.

My stay was very pleasant, thanks to all who make up the hostels, like Alex who was a lot of help. An incredible place to enjoy new york, it is close to the subway station, museums, supermarkets, restaurants and much more.

I really recommend this hostel since it´ s situated in the big apple. It´s near 3 metro stations and very close to the museums. what i did not like so much were the tiny showers and the bathrooms, and the fact there are no lifts. It´s imposible for me to carry my huge suitcase.

I was there like 2 years ago and I was impressed easy breakfast there, especially the living room where everyone can get to know others. It's a good hostel where you just take a walk like 5 mins or less to the nearest subway.

The location of this hostel is right off of Central Park -- PERFECT. There are a couple bodegas across the street which can fill you in on anything you may need or forgot on your trip. Fairly easy check-in/check-out, big common area and good sized dorms. Clean, friendly staff and fun events made this a hostel I'll be looking for...

Visited on New Years Eve for a couple of nights on a group tour. Room was boiling hot and window didn't close properly; reception staff told us to wait for a 'stronger man' to come help us. Beds didn't have any plugs, lights or shelves - had to leave my glasses on the other side of the room and scramble...

Amazing location, right next to Central Park and the history museum. Great stay rooms are clean and staff are very friendly. Wifi only available in the common area which is annoying. But wifi is excellent once down there.
