The only reason to stay there is location of the hotel. Price of the staying can't be compared to the quality. Anyway we were staying at Pennsylvania Hotel because of walking distance to several sightseeing, subway and Path train station.

The hotel is old and needs some work doing on it,but it's clean ,friendly and affordable. Big comfy bed warm clean room. Fast check in. Good location Times Square is well within walking distance. We are on the second floor do you can hear the tragic horns blowing all night but did not stop me getting a good nights sleep.

Located right across Penn Station, what a convenient location for people who take trains! But ... it took over an hour and half to check-in (they do have express check-in via Kiosk, however most of time, it does NOT work), could you believe it? And worse than that, it happened every day when we stayed there (for 3 days). There...

We stayed here because we got a great deal with Expedia. But it wasn't worth the hassle we checked in on the 13th of march and we payed a deposit upon arrival later into the holiday 3 out of 6 days our room keys stopped working and every time we got them working I noticed they were charging 100$ every...

We are staying here right now (2nd of 3 nights) and have no complaints. Check-in was quick and easy and the impressive lobby was a bustling hive of activity. Our first room was dated but clean except the heater wasn't working. Went back to reception and the helpful guy offered us another room which turned out to be fab, spacious,...

This was my 3rd stay in this hotel. 1st two stays were not great and I chose this hotel again for the 3rd time challenging myself to see if there are improvements. I selected this hotel just because of location. I booked and prepaid my reservation through Expedia. My arrival experience was horrible (staff attitude, checked in into dirty and...

The only reason this hotel is probably still in business is because of its perfect location. We arrived at approximately 9PM,after 14 hours of travelling, only to wait in line 45 minutes to be checked in.When we went to our room,it had not even been made up from the previous guests. Another trip to the front desk to obtain a room...

had I been in a third world country with no expectation of normal living standards I may have accepted what we were given, However I paid a total of £3000 through Weekender Breaks for what should have been a trip of a lifetime, only to have it ruined by our final destination

Arrived last night to check in about 7:30 to find a very long check in line, however, they do have self check in kiosks to expedite the check in process as long as you have a booking number. We proceeded to our room to find it not only filthy, but lacking towels. pulling back the bedspread we find that it...

Would advise people not to stay here. Staff unhelpful. You had to wait an hour to check in. Room was a pit. Had to put plastics bags on our feet to have a shower because of insects coming up the plughole.
