Four of us stayed 4th - 12th October 14 in room 1118 with twin queen beds, the room was spacious enough, large for Manhattan apparently, closet space was a little tight but we had a chest of four drawers, large dressing table and an easy chair. It was a bit of a squeeze at times but we managed fine. The...

Very surprised how BIG the rooms were for a Manhattan hotel! Check in was a breeze and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Nelson at the door was great and recommended local places for us to eat! Nice room, spacious, good location. Beers and Buns restaurant was great for lunch and the bar that is connected to the hotel...

Recently spent three Days in New York for my anniversary. The hotel is w/ walking distance to Grand Central Station, time square, and other attractions. Hotel staff where nice and courteous. Since it was our anniversary the manager had a special anniversary dessert sent to the room. Had a great time and I would stay again.

It is the second time I stay there for business. This time I was up-graded to a 16th floor suite. I like the location of this hotel which is close to the places I need to go while being in a not too busy area. Good selection of more relax local bars and restaurants. Check in is fast and friendly....

The Court hotel was booked in April for us by our travel agent. We arrived at 7pm after a gruelling 20 hour flight from Australia and were told that our Queen/Queen room was unavailable and we were being transferred to a "Junior Suite". Our "suite" was old and the furniture and fittings were stained and the carpets threadbare. The windows...

Location was great, super close to Grand Central. We were also very happy with our room. I wouldn't say that this was a very memorable hotel, but I don't have any big complaints. We had quite a few issues with our door key not working and locking us out on a fairly regular basis, but after enough trips back and...

My husband and I stayed here for five nights and we were very pleased with our stay. I was surprised with how big the room was, especially since I've heard nothing except how small typical NYC hotel rooms are. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were on the ninth floor and could hear street noise, but it didn't...

I booked this room via a 3rd party. Room size was decent. Bathroom was dirty. There were no wash clothes. I had to wait 45 minutes. Day 2- I left at 7am and returned at 10pm to find my room door open! Apparently, housekeeping had not closed it. Additionally, housekeeping took the dirty towels and not replaced them. I immediately...

As we were travelling to New York for a special occasion, I emailed the hotel prior to travelling. Staff were courteous and replied promptly and when we arrived, we had a lovely room with a balcony and a view of the Chrysler Building. The rooms were clean and our room was very spacious, particularly by New York standards, with lots...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
