We have been coming to the Milford / ROW NYC for many years. We love the location and the friendly staff. Over the years the hotel is much improved. The addition of the food court is a big plus. My wife and I enjoy the "offbeat" room decor and the murals in the hallways. Some of the rooms are small,... More

I have been to the ROW at least 4 times this past year and every time I discover something new about the fabulous New York City, and my surroundings! The Hotel is located in the perfect spot with all sorts of conveniences near by, why would I want to stay somewhere else? The staff at the ROW starting with the... More

Location was great and bed comfortable. However general room cleanliness was disappointing. Found half-eaten roll - not mine - between bedside table and bed. Accumulated dust on air-conditioning also. This didn't stop as from having a great time; we only used hotel to sleep, and that was ok. Also had to shower before 8.00am otherwise we had no warm water.

The hotel was good enough for somewhere to get your head down after a long day ,, very noisy stay for us as we were above 8th ave ,, Also a little disapointed as my wife and virgin rep had let them know that it was my 50th and had requested an upgrade but this seemed to amount to a... More

it's fine - no frills, good location - be sure to include price of 'amenities fee' in your stay cost. staff very friendly but power went out in our room during our stay for a significant amount of time and there were obvious burn marks on the power sockets so we didn't dare leave the room or go to sleep... I stayed here for business meetings and events and had a terrible time. I almost never write reviews but this place merits it. Check in is a nightmare. There are lines at every single time of day. If you have questions or issues with your room, like I did (I booked a queen and got two doubles), they encourage you... More

If you want to have a nice time, do not book this hotel. The people at the front desk are rude, the rooms are very dirty and it smells bad. You can literally tell that housekeeping wasn't good by the pieces of hair found in our bathroom wall and floor when we checked in. The only good thing about the... More

Stayed for 2 nighrs on the 28th floor. When i first entered the room i felt like i was in a tiny cube. Rooms really really small but it served the purposed. The only issue i had was the temperture of water for shower. The water was only lukewarm no matter how long i let it run.

Thank you for sharing with us, Lai. It is upsetting to hear that you were not fully satisfied with your stay at Row. Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
