Will recommend to friends. Location is at Timesquare, walking distance to places you wanna see while at New York City. Staff were friendly, kind, and caring. I witnessed a staff went above and beyond to cater to an elderly customer.

On arrival we was very lucky there was no queue to check in however watch out for the hotel tax! The people in front of...

This is the first review I've left on trip advisor, and I hate it when people leave bad reviews because of petty little things, but I thought it best that people know. The hotel is in a perfect location, and that's exactly what you want when you want to see as much of the city as possible, exactly like me...

The lobby area was very noisy with loud music blaring out, but bear in mind we are in our 50s and obviously this hotel caters for younger people than ourselves. Once we had navigated the lifts, you put the floor no. in when you call the lift, we got to our 18th floor room. The noise had completely gone now...

We pre checked in and also paid extra for 2 beds in our room. Called later to confirm room, were told yes we had 2 beds. Checked in later.... only 1 bed available. These rooms are smaller than my first dorm room with less amenities. Modern and Boutique only mean you get nothing in your room. Poor girl at desk...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
