The staff was incredibly helpful, and we felt right at home in our room. But we'd seen recent reviews that regular breakfast had started back up, but while we were there, they were handing out grab-and-go breakfast in a sack, and it was basically just all cheap sugar - otis spunkmeyer muffin, quaker oats s'mores granola bar, tropicana orange juice, and a fruit-cup (which is obviously packaged in sugar). I mean, that sack had to have 80 grams of sugar. It's a lot of stuff, I'll give them that, but no protein so for me anyway, it's not worth much in terms of energy when I'm about to go walk all day. Aside from that, the stay was awesome... hotel was very easy to access, very centrally located, very courteous and helpful staff.

Hotel refuses to serve breakfast following Covid-19 virus and only provides a “Grab and Go.“ 4 Day stay with no housekeeping. Thus, no cream of any kind for coffee. Rooms have no drawers of any kind for clothing. Empire State View is top 20% of building with obsubstructed view while climbing over the bed with no opportunity to stand.

So this little hotel is right in the middle of everything. 20 meters from 5th avenue and access to a lot of sights. It is a small hotel, the room service is done every third day but you can access towels etc when ever you want. The breakfast is a grab bag - due to Covid and this is a muffin, nut bar, yogurt, fruit and a drink. Coffee machine in your room with coffee and tea pods at your request and as many as you want. The room we had was not huge but a big comfortable bed and very nice sized bathroom. Free WiFi which was good. Really friendly staff and clean hotel. I would recommend and would visit again.

The hotel owner/manager is the most unkind and unfriendly manager I have ever encountered in a hotel. There is no concern for the customer's needs. Breakfast is a joke inside a paper bag you have to collect from reception and in a week the room was cleaned once. The only good thing is location, but there are several hotels around. I will never return to this hotel.
