Stayed here for a weekend using points. Unfortunately it was the only location honoring points for the weekend I was visiting. If you just need a clean place to stay in the middle of Time Square this location works. They do offer a free breakfast but it is insanely crowded with tourists in the mornings with people nearly shoving each...

Hello and thank you for your feedback about our hotel. We appreciate your positive comments about our cleanliness and location. Our elevators are equipped with weight sensors to avoid stops when they are already full, which makes them more efficient during heavy demand periods. We hope to have you back as a repeat guest for a more enjoyable experience. Safe...

So I was very lucky to have this room booked on points. As such when we arrived my friend and I decided to pay for an upgrade which was $50 per night. The staff at the desk were lovely and very helpful at this time, I guess because they are getting money from you?? We arrived into out new room...

This hotel is very no frills, but fulfilled the need for my boyfriend and I to have a place to stay at over the weekend. NYC does have its limitations with space, so for a hotel in an old looking building, I think this hotel does the best with what they have. I quickly realized this when our suite was...

I am a Starwood member so I try to stay in their hotels as much as possible. I could not believe this place. The elevators are a disaster. The hotel has 39 floors and the wait to get either up or down is eternal. Additionally, there is no guarantee when you are trying to go down, that the elevator will...

I quite liked this hotel, mostly for its location. There are lots of restaurants & delis nearby, an Irish pub next door. The rooms have a medium sized fridge, microwave, sink & dishwasher. Breakfast is very average. The only compliant I have is the situation regarding the lifts. There are 3 but only 2 in use most of the time...

I took the advice of other travelers and requested a travel Im in a lower floor. It worked out perfectly!!! The hotel is the right price and not a bad location (not the best, but not awful...I prefer not to stay near Times Square), and it's clean enough, but some of the rooms are just shabby. We had an entire...

Hello and thank you for your feedback about the hotel. Your comments about our guestrooms is appreciated, as we would normally have a frayed lampshade replaced. We are also working on refreshing a number of items in our guestrooms to provide an impact like our bathrooms and kitchenettes did. We hope to have you back to see our updates, and...

Was in town to see a show and needed a room just for the night. Found a great prepaid rate that included breakfast and wifi. Hello and thank you for sharing your feedback about your stay. Decent hotel, very good location for exploring midtown-ish. (Hell's Kitchen, tribeca, soho, etc) BIG DOWNSIDE - the elevators/lifts are awful. If staying here for business and on a high floor, give yourself an extra 15 minutes during high traffic times (7-9 am) or you'll be late for your meetings.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
