Our family of 4 stayed in the Family Double Double with kitchen. The room was spacious with excellent views of the Chrysler Bldg and the Edge from our beds and even from the bathtub! Hotel is conveniently located near tourist attractions, subways, shopping and restaurants. Due to Covid precautions, we did a lot of take-out from nearby restaurants so having the kitchen was convenient. The staff was excellent and facilities were immaculate. My teenagers used the state-of-art gym regularly, and each time we went, we not only found staff in there cleaning, but we had the place to ourselves. From the concierge, to front desk, to housekeeping, everyone at the Langham made our stay pleasant and memorable.

Our family of 5 plus 2 additional people stayed in the nicest largest suite ever! We loved it. Beds, bathrooms, and living areas were nicely decorated and boasted the most incredible views. The staff was attentive, kind and professional. The delicious breakfast in the Club Room was so convenient in the morning before our day of sightseeing. The Location was great too. Easy access to everything. We would DEFINITELY go back.

A bit off pitch at 37 and 5tj lh avenue. Our10th visit! Gets better. Warm welcome from everyone. Fantastic clubhouse.thanks to tk florin and the team. Nothing is ever a problem. Great food and wine. One could live there! New art in the rooms andnew alarm clocks and telephones maintaining standards. A perfect home from home. Go for the empire suite.

Great experience all around. Staff was accommodating, friendly and genuinely excited to be working at the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet. Had dinner and drinks at the bar and the food was great! Brunch at Ai Fiori was excellent. Great location, very central.

Great stay at the Langham. The room was wonderful and the bathroom 6*, but the staff are what really make the experience. Every staff member we interacted with, from the Door Team, Concierge, Reception, Housekeeping and the Restaurant and Bar Staff were friendly, motivated and empowered. Clearly great training of a happy team.

I highly recommend this hotel. My stay was short, but the large rooms with sweeping views (and, in some cases, kitchenettes) would be perfect for a longer visit. The staff members are true professionals. It is a genuine 5 Star experience.

An excellent hotel. Staff were discrete, efficient and professional. The location is absolutely ideal for getting all around the city. Definitely ensure you pay to join the 'Langham Club' if not included with your room.

We had a six night stay and had access to the Langham club lounge each day. We highly recommend the club lounge, great service and the food and drink quality/ selection was excellent. It was wonderful to relax in the club lounge after a big day of sightseeing. The rooms were very spacious, clean and a great place to relax. The staff provided Excellent service from the check-in to housekeeping and in the Langham club lounge. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It is ideally positioned within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants and popular shopping areas. We had two rooms booked as we are a family of 5. The Executive Club room was perfect as we had a king bed and a rollaway for our youngest son. The second room was the Double/double with kitchen, The only negative feedback is that the double double room have small beds that are actually only suitable for one person per bed. They advertise the room to accommodate 4 people but really only sleeps 2 people. It would be ideal to have Queen/queen beds. Overall an excellent stay and highly recommend this Hotel.…

We are so proud of our colleagues and feel they are truly our best asset. Regarding the Family Double Double, we have found that people often use it to sleep four people. But, for the same type room without the kitchen, we also offer a Family Room that has two Queen beds. The kitchen gives us less room to fit the larger beds, hence the use of Double beds in that room type instead. Should you stay with us again - and we hope you will - our team will be happy to guide you to the room type that works best for your group. Thank you again for your review and your visit!
