This was an absolutely stunning apartment in an amazing historic location ,with easy transport access to all parts of the city. We loved the apartment, the area and everything about it suited our needs as a family of four perfectly. Great for professionals and families alike, I would thoroughly recommend staying here to anyone! Michael was a warm, generous and...

Just spent a wonderful week in the duplex at the 710 Guest Suites. The two story unit was absolutely beautiful and a very comfortable, welcoming retreat after spending each day discovering museums, shops, tourist attractions, restaurants, etc. Proximity to the subway (a few doors down the street), grocery store (a block away), multiple near by restaurants, street and nearby garage...

We had the pleasure of staying at 710 Guest Suites over the Christmas and New Year period of 2016/2017. This brownstone is the quintessential apartment; exactly how I imagined an apartment in New York to be. The location is perfect with the subway mere meters away and this amazing part of Harlem is quiet and beautiful and just far enough...

The apartment was so nice and confortable that we really felt at home. The position also was perfect to explore New York. Micheal's suggestions helped us to reach "less" (at least for us!) famous corners of the city and we enjoyed them a lot. We hope we'll come back.

If you are coming to NYC and looking for a place to stay in Harlem please consider booking with Michael. You can't go wrong with 710 St Nicholas Ave. Our apartment was in a walk up brownstone. The interior was modern and clean. The location is in the heart of the Sugar Hill community at the 145 St. subway stop....

My friend and I had a great six night stay at Michael's place. We loved coming back every night from a busy day in the city. The neighborhood was quiet and we always felt safe. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We had everything we needed to be comfortable. It was very quiet in the brownstone. We never heard...

710 Guest Suites was the perfect home base for us (two parents and 7-year-old daughter) an NYC visit in late October 2016. Uncommonly spacious and impeccably clean, in addition to aesthetically gorgeous while still being super comfy. We especially loved the combination of vintage elements and modern style and convenience. The space easily accommodated our family, and we loved the...

If you are worrying over where to stay in New York, but think the hotels are too expensive, STOP AND BOOK THIS PLACE. I did quite a fair amount of research before I luckily came upon this place owned by Michael. It is a Brownstone 4/5 level, that he rents out 2/3 levels. Each one is super modern exceptionally clean,...

As a hub of African American culture, Harlem has played a vital role in the history of New York City. Today, the neighbourhood is as vibrant as ever as new businesses and developments go up next to local institutions. The heart of the neighbourhood is bustling 125th Street, where street vendors and historic landmarks like the Apollo Theater mingle with big-name stores.
