Found this hotel by accident, had not heard of them before, but was in a crunch trying to find a hotel for Bike NY. The staff was fantastic, very accommodating and did not blink an eye when we came in freezing cold and wet after the ride. They stored our bikes in a secure location and helped us in and...

My original hotel cancelled on me and World Center Hotel saved the day with a room which was much more than I was going to get at the other hotel. I had to buy a phone plug though because the rooms aren't upgraded with USB plugs for phone cords. Only issue.

This boutique hotel is neat and clean. Staff was very helpful. Rooms are tight but have everything you could need from a microwave and fridge to a desk. The location is perfect. Free coffee anytime in a nice sitting room.

As a cyclist and coming into the city for the 5 boro bike ride, traveling with bicycle's can be somewhat tricky, as we arrived the staff was very accommodating. The room was clean, although a bit tight for 3 people. We were given an upgrade to the original reservation when plans changed prior to our arrival at no extra charge....

Myself and my boyfriend had stayed in this hotel for four nights last weekend. It was the most pleasurable stay. On arrival the girl at the desk had told us we were upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was great! Rooms were spacious, clean and cozy. Rooms were cleaned everyday during our stay and coming back from long...

No matter his architectural reforms with a minimalist style, this hotel is not a place to be comfortably. Skip the very narrow hallways that seems to be those of a submarine, the main thing is that the housekeepers didn't work during the morning as in every other hotel that I knew. They came in the afternoon after requesting twice and...

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here on a combined pleasure/business trip. The room, while not spacious, was very comfortable and quiet, and the location was perfect for our purposes. We had a great view of the 9/11 Memorial and Freedom Tower. The price was good by NYC standards.

Arrived late at night. Had some trouble at the garage down the street which is associated with the hotel but the hotel clerk couldn't have been nicer. We had booked the hotel on Priceline so we were very unfamiliar with it. He immediately upgraded our room to a suite with a king size bed. Very well sized for NYC. The...

Even though I had lived in NYC for several years, I hadn't heard of this hotel. What a pleasant surprise: Decent rates. Great location. Soectacular views of the skyline and 9-11 memorial--not only from my room (which had a small patio) but also from the terrace restaurant. The guest room wasn't extravagantly furnushed; nor was it huge. But it was...
