Good location, walking distance to Times Sq, Penn Station, Empire State Building etc. Rooms are small as expected for New York hotels. Breakfast place is really small and we couldn't find seats at around 9am. Had to bring breakfast back to the room. Elevator is a huge issue as we were there during peak season. Only 2 elevators to serve...

Good location , very close to Times Square, Bryant Park etc. very clean and the staff was friendly. We felt safe and secure. I think the only downside was the price of parking , but I realize this is NYC!

Hotel is located to many attractions. It is walking distance to Empire State Building, Bryant Park, Rockefeller Center, the theater district and Times Square. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are updated and clean. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety and saved time. Overall a pleasant stay.

The room is a decent size for NYC, but the shower is way too small. I could barely move around in the shower and I kept hitting my elbows on the door and wall. The comforter is scratchy, but the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, and they warn you that it gets busy later in the morning. The...

This hotel is in a great location not far from Times Square. The price is a lot better here than other Hilton properties with only a few extra blocks to walk (like 3) and you get free breakfast. Rooms are just fine for two girls and very clean. Really enjoyed our stay at Jim at the front desk was awesome!...

The hotel is located between 8th and 9th Av, there is a subway station on 8th and 40th street. The rooms are very small, good shower, although the rooms face the street it is well insulated and there is little noise from the outside. The staff is very friendly. There is a slight problem with the elevators. there are only...

Convenient and within walking distance to Times Square. Clean and quiet. Front desk was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good and they did a good job considering how busy it was each morning. Irish Pub next door is entertaining. Would stay again.

Overall fine, but the rooms are extremely small, for the cost. Ditto with lobby/breakfast space. Service was helpful, free breakfast. Good location. OK for business travel, hard to fit many people in the room .

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
