The hotel clerk at this location was very unprofessional and unaccomodating. He was very confrontational with a chip on his shoulder, very unpleasant. The staff even entered the room twice while we were leaving and my wife was getting dressed. All of this happened after a late check out was secured and then reduced.

For the price of this hotel the location was excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were small but clean. Close proximity to metro and Times Square. Parking not included but garage right across the street is convenient. Would stay again.

This hotel is very very basic and the rooms are really small. The breakfast as some plastic bags with pastry in a paper bag. The beds are small, not even queen size. The bathroom was small, although there was good hot water

The breakfast was perfect, you could also take coffee and tea at any time. The rooms where clean and confortable. Regarding to the location... just amazing, Times Square was 3 blocks away! I strongly recommend it.

Ramada is a great hotel stay. Kai checked me in and he was very helpful and gave useful information about the hotel/breakfast times. Would recommend! Hotel was clean and it was a good stay. No issues.

Hotel is small, not fancy but VERY clean as well as my room. The staff was friendly, attentive and accommodating. great location, walking distance to time square as well as bus Terminal. I highly recommend if you are in a budget like I was.

The staff there was extremely kind and welcoming. They were very accommodating with our luggage and helped us out so much during our stay. Every time I came in and out of my room, there was someone cleaning and it gave me a piece of mind that I was staying in a clean place!

First two days I wasn't able to use the shower. First the drain was clogged and water was flooding in the shower. It was smelly and bad. They fix that the 2nd day of my stay. However 2nd day the shower head was broken and was shooting water away and there was no pressure. So taking a shower the 2nd day was also very bad although the flooding got fixed. They fixed the shower head my 3rd day of stay. The breakfast is given in a brown bag that is stuffed with unhealthy food....same every day, It did have an apple in it that was good. Having tea/coffee 24/7 was a good thing however my room was next to the breakfast area and I couldn't sleep at nigh due to noises. The location was idea. The staff, specially the ladies that work there are very pleasant to talk to and they try hard to get issues fixed.…

I am a guest, not a prisoner. I would not recommend staying here. Front desk staff in particular one person was flat out rude, terrible. Request before checking in was not responded at, at all. Floor was dirty. Room felt dirty
