This is our favorite New York hotel. It's near several very good restaurants, the World Trade Center, and is a few steps from the Chambers Street subway station. The service was friendly and attentive. Our bath room was large and well laid out.

Financial District, this lovely slice of Manhattan
offers plenty of fine dining experiences and art

I don't believe they do. The rooms with terraces are on the upper floors and you should call the hotel to ask which floors and rooms to be safe.
