Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was more space than I expected for the price. (AAA discount). Location was convenient to the financial district. Rooms ending in 01 were a little nicer, than those ending in 05. No pool.

My partner and I stayed here for 7 nights during our trip to New York. We booked the hotel mainly based on price and we didn't expect much for what we paid but we actually really enjoyed it. Amanda checked us in after our long flight from London quickly and efficiently. Our room was spacious for New York and had...

Booked the room for a week long stay on business, and despite an initially unpromising frontage (it's narrow! and undergoing some discreet upgrading) the room was quiet - 15th floor, clean and the temperature controls were responsive and effective. The WiFi is free and worked faultlessly, the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - including holding bags on...

Popped in for a work meeting. Front desk staff super helpful, room was spacious and clean, and it wasnt too noisy. I did hear the elevator at around 6am ish which wasnt fun. I had a restful evening. My room looked into office spaces btw. Breakfast buffet was nice...a decent variety though I settled for cinnamon roll and milk.

Recently stayed at this hotel with a High School group of students for a school trip. The location is great! Very safe and close to many lower Manhattan sights. Easy subway access just 2-4 blocks away. The hotel is a narrow high building, but it is designed nicely with only 5 rooms on each floor. The elevators are fast and...

The localization is amazing. The rooms weren't very big but they were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was OK and the employees were super nice. The internet connection wasn't very fast but we could use it that way and it worked OK. The price was really good. Me and my girlfriend will probably come back.

Where to start. When we arrived on a Thursday the hotel lobby was closed for a refurb. Notices were put up to say works would only last until Saturday morning. The works meant that one lift and the stairs were out of service, which meant queuing for the lift every day. The works were not done on Saturday but a...

Staying at this hotel for business for two nights and unsure if I will be making it that long. It is the single most disorganized, disheveled, and unsafe Holiday Inn property I have ever stayed at.
