Amazing location, easy/ close access to train stations. The hotel room was nice and clean! Enough space for what we needed. Thanks to Steven and all the staff for being so helpful and attentive during our short vacation.

Hotel's Favourite
I hadn't been to New York in 22 months (which is really long for me). I decided to stay away from Midtown so picked this hotel in the financial district. The personnel was really nice and helpful. I had few needs and did not require the room clean but they provided me with anything I requested. They were also very helpful with the subway system. Because of Hurricane Henri my flight was cancelled and they were very accommodating with giving me an extra night in the same room. I really enjoyed my stay

Our family stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn this past weekend to celebrate my sons birthday. The hotel is in the perfect location, right across the street from Battery Park and the Staten Island Ferry. Our room had a view of the Statue of Liberty! We were in walking distance to the Brooklyn Bridge, NY Stock Exchange, and 9/11 Memorial. The room was sparkling clean with a huge tv that offered HBO and ESPN as well as many other channels. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful. Michael welcomed us early, letting us leave our bags when we arrived in the morning, and was able to get us an early check in. Steven and Latia were always offering recommendations on things to do. Rafael our bellman was so kind and gave very specific walking directions to these out of towners learning their way around :-) I can’t recommend this hotel enough…we will definitely be back when we visit NYC!

Upon my arrival I requested extra pillows and toiletries in my room. Never got them. Once I arrived I had to wait for my room to be cleaned which was fine as I arrived 30 minutes early. However, upon check in I was not provided any water or told the amenities in the hotel which I observed was told to the other guests. The room was good as it looked over Battery Park City. A plus !! Another plus it's centrally located by trains and restaurants. However, for a clean room why was there leftover pizza and open beer in my fridge. Eww. When I finally got settled I requested a shower chair. 2 hours later as well multiple calls to the front desk and multiple visits later from the staff asking what I needed such as do I need my shower repaired, etc. I recieved the chair. :( poor customer service and communication. The view and location was great but doubtful I will stay again due to the poor customer service.

The staff is wonderful; friendly and very helpful. The hotel is clean, that is the good news. The website states their is a restaurant on site - there is NOT. It has been closed since 2020. The website advertised a "water view" room. NOT. We booked a water view room only to find out that we did not have a water view, we had a view of the building across the street. If one stood at the window, leaned forward and peeked around the corner of the building across the street, one could see a sliver of water. When we spoke to the desk clerk about it, his replay was, "that is a water view room" The security lock on the door did not work, the thermostat did not work. Even after someone came to "fix them", they still did not work. The plug for the sink did not work. We were very disappointed, the website misrepresented what the hotel had to offer. The website was and is misleading.
